About us
Go Fish Yamba is a locally-owned, family-operated fishing charter in beautiful Yamba, NSW. We are eager to give you the best offshore fishing adventure possible! Fishing all areas between Evans Heads to Sandon & east to the shelf, we target species such as snapper, pearl perch, mulloway, mackerel, kingfish, mahi mahi, etc.
Our team is a father-son duo, born and bred in Yamba, with a lifetime of knowledge fishing Yamba and surrounding areas.
Our vessel the “Achiever”, the largest fishing charter on the north coast, is a 15 metre Alufarm build with an inboard Volvo Penta D12 650HP engine. She is one smooth, spacious ride with great stability offering great comfort for our passengers.
Achiever will accommodate up to 12 passengers per voyage.
We supply all the fishing gear, made up of new Shimano reels & rods spooled with braid to give you the best possible chance of landing your catch!
We depart daily (weather pending) from Yamba Shores Tavern (pick-up available for Iluka at Iluka boatshed). We aim for a 5:30am departure and return around 1-1:30pm.

What to bring?
Hat and sunglasses (suncream is supplied)
Sensible footwear, spray jacket, extra layers for cold weather
We supply water, soft drinks and snacks, but you are welcome to pack your own food and drinks for the morning. We aim to be back at Yamba Shores Tavern around 1-1:30pm, where they serve great food and beverages.
Please keep bags size to a minimum.
Please have an empty esky in your vehicle to put your fish in when back in port. Ice is available at the Tavern bottle shop if needed.
