About us
Go Fish Yamba Charters is a family-run fishing charter based in Yamba, NSW. We offer offshore fishing trips covering the areas from Evans Heads to Sandon & east to the continental shelf, targeting fish like snapper, pearl perch, mulloway, mackerel, kingfish, and mahi mahi.
Run by a local father and son, our 15-metre (49ft) boat, the “Achiever,” is the biggest on the north coast and fits up to 12 people.
We provide well taken care of Shimano rods and reels for every trip.
Trips leave daily from Yamba Shores Tavern, with pickup at Iluka boatshed, departing at 5:30 am and returning around 1-1:30 pm, weather allowing.

What to bring?
Hat and sunglasses (suncream is supplied)
Sensible footwear, spray jacket, extra layers for cold weather
We supply water, soft drinks and snacks, but you are welcome to pack your own food and drinks for the morning. We aim to be back at Yamba Shores Tavern around 1-1:30pm, where they serve great food and beverages.
Please keep bags size to a minimum.
Please have an empty esky in your vehicle to put your fish in when back in port. Ice is available at the Tavern bottle shop if needed.
