About us
Established in 2022, Go Fish Yamba Charters is a family-run fishing charter based in Yamba, NSW. We specialise in offshore fishing trips ranging from Evans Heads to Sandon, extending east out to the continental shelf. Our trips target a variety of species including snapper, pearl perch, mulloway, mackerel, kingfish, and mahi mahi.
Operated by a local father and son team, our 15-metre (49ft) boat, the "Achiever," is the largest vessel on the north coast, comfortably accommodating up to 12 people. We equip every guest with well-maintained Shimano rods and reels to ensure the best fishing experience.
Fishing trips depart daily from Yamba Shores Tavern, with a pickup option at the Iluka boatshed. Trips leave promptly at 5:30 am and return around 1:00 to 1:30 pm, depending on weather conditions.

Sensible footwear, spray jacket, extra layers for cold weather
We supply water, soft drinks and snacks, but you are welcome to pack your own food and drinks for the morning. We aim to be back at Yamba Shores Tavern around 1-1:30pm, where they serve great food and beverages.
Please keep bags size to a minimum.
Please have an empty esky in your vehicle to put your fish in when back in port. We have plastic bags if needed. Ice is available at the Tavern bottle shop if needed.
